We SHIP ORDERS within 7-10 business days. Custom orders take a bit LONGER—up to 2-3 weeks, and custom embroidery styles can take up to 4 weeks.

DAMAGE CONTROL
We ACCEPT returns for damaged goods, but NOT for customer-caused damage. Wholesale orders are FINAL SALE unless something arrives damaged—reach out within 4 BUSINESS DAYS if there’s an issue. Custom orders are ALWAYS final sale.
STORE CREDIT ONLY
We don’t do cash refunds — just STORE CREDIT. If we cannot replace an item, we’ll credit your account for future order(s).
